About the Gummi Bears

NBC broadcast the first four seasons beginning in September 1985. The show moved to ABC September 1989 when it merged with "The new adventures of Winnie the Pooh" for its fifth season. It may have ran for a sixth but my encyclopedia only covers up to the 1990 season. All the dates were pulled from "The Encyclopedia of Animated Cartoons" by Jeff Lenburg. It didn't list some episodes so I don't have solid dates on them. :(

Where did this list come from?

Well I created it originally to catalog my video tapes(1992). I recorded all the episodes off the Disney channel (no commercials Yea!!) and the number in front of each episode refer to which tape it's on. I wanted to figure out what order the episodes wer e in so I could place them all in order on a series of tapes. I started making chronology notes for each episode. For example "pre Calla" means before Calla knew about the Gummies. Much later I found a encyclopedia with some of the episodes listed by dat e. It was then that I discovered that the episodes have been rearranged from original air sequence sometime after it left the Saturday morning lineup in 1990.

3/18/95- I think I have fixed most of the spelling bugaboos and I am sorting it by seasons. It'll be a bit messed due to the fact they put episodes from different seasons together but I'll try to sort a logical viewing order.
